I am in love with the movie Meet the Robinsons and more so in love with Keep Moving Forward. In a way it’s an ethos and the way I live my life. Credit to Sherry at the Blue Door in Denver, Colorado.

This is my first tattoo, located on my inner wrists. It was done by a dear friend and tattoo artist, Milton Nunez from MyTattoo in Alhambra, CA. He has done my mom’s entire cartoon sleeve, and I knew when I was ready for my first tattoo that he’d be the one I’d trust to execute it perfectly. And obviously, he did. After about two hours, he successfully brought my vintage Mickey Mouse + Minnie Mouse “kiss at the wrist” idea to life. When I bring my wrists together, as shown in the lower photo, they kiss. Disney has always been such a huge part of my life, and I thought this simple yet adorable tattoo would be a great start. The love between the two characters is a love that I would kill to experience in my life. I already can’t wait to get more tattoos. I will always return to Milton. I don’t believe in going to multiple artists. Hopefully I will have more to submit soon :]

Taken just after it was finished.
My grandma and I always “argue” when we say goodbye to each other. I say “I love you” and she says “No I love you more.” Or vice versa. She is my strength. And my Grandpa Shelly, who passed 11 years ago, loved the movie “The Red Balloon” and I used to watch it with him. So I figured out a way to honor them both.
The text is actually my Grandma’s handwriting, so she will always be a part of me. When I showed it to her, she cried, even though she doesn’t like tattoos :)
Done by the lovely Karen Rockower Glass at the End is Near in Brooklyn, NY.

This is a tattoo I got very recently for my dad who passed away. He said “tell Morgan I love her” in the last letter he wrote to my sister so I had them tattoo his exact hand writing. I’m so in love with it. It’s so simple and yet has so much meaning behind it. It’s a reminder to myself everyday that I am loved.
